For our corporate event staffing services, we recommend booking at least 3 weeks in advance for large events and 1-2 weeks for smaller ones. If your event is near our hubs in Hollywood or Manhattan, we can often accommodate requests within a week, with same-day bookings available for an additional fee.

Yes, a deposit of 100% of the payment is required 2 weeks before the event date. This ensures that our corporate event staffing services are confirmed and allows us to fully prepare for your event, guaranteeing a seamless execution.
