Captains (managers) lead our teams whenever we have five or more staff members booked. They undergo a rigorous 6-week internal leadership program that includes extensive hands-on training with various event managers to master all of their responsibilities. Additionally, they receive offsite training on essential topics such as leadership fundamentals and effective client communication. At the end of the program, trainees are carefully evaluated to determine if they are ready to take on the Captain position.

A Captain is a key asset for any large wedding. They lead our teams when 5 or more staff members are booked, including those in our wedding event staffing services. Captains keep the team organized, act as the main point of contact, and ensure that every detail of your wedding is executed smoothly.

Like any of our other staff hiring plans, for our wedding event staffing service, 100% of the payment is due 2 weeks before the event date. This ensures that your staffing needs are confirmed and secure, allowing us to focus on delivering a flawless experience.
